Carmelo Anthony wants to finish the season with the Knicks

The Knicks’ Carmelo Anthony said that he doesn’t want to end his season due to knee pain, something that concerned many fans and price per head services, as they know what a vital part of the team he is, and they don’t want his injury to be aggravated.

The player spoke about rumors saying that he could miss the rest of the season, as there’s not much hope left for the Knicks, who are 5-32.

“I’m all right,” said Anthony. “I’m not shutting it down for the season yet. I’m just trying to take some time to get it right.”

The All-Star was not able to feature in the team’s last three meetings due to soreness in his knee. Even though he said that his knee problem won’t get worse if he keeps on playing, coach Derek Fisher said that that sitting Anthony out could eventually be taken into consideration, and many fans out there hope that this won’t be the case.

The Knicks’ fans were disappointed when they saw that the team ended up losing 12 games in a row and 22 out of their last 23 overall meetings. On Monday, team president Phil Jackson made a trade involving Iman Shumpert and J.R. Smith, in a deal that included three teams, and Samuel Dalembert was waived for the cap flexibility to increase, which saves the Knicks more than $20 million in luxury taxes and salary.

In the deal, the Knicks got the services of Alex Kirk and Lou Amundson from Cleveland, as well as Lance Thomas from Oklahoma City. All of these three players have deals that have not been guaranteed. The Cavaliers also sent to the Knicks their second-round pick of 2019.

“I know there’s a lot of fans out there that’s kind of upset or kind of down on the team, kind of down on the players right now, kind of down on the situation,” said Anthony. “But I will say that it [gets] greater later, just be patient with the team, with the organization, with the journey, with the plan, with what we’re trying to create, what we’re trying to accomplish.

“Greatness don’t happen overnight, and that’s something that we’re trying to build here.”

The Knicks’ fans would certainly not mind seeing Anthony finish the season with the team despite their record, but they’re also aware that perhaps the best thing that the player can do right now is to rest his knee, even if it means seeing him sit out for the rest of the season. Whatever happens, price per head services know that Anthony’s health is the most important thing to consider.
